Great New Roy Phillips album, "Standard Procedure 1"

A set of songs given the classic Peddlers treatment includes "Summertime", "Got My Mojo Working", "Let It Be" and a live version of "My Way" recorded in 1974 by the Peddlers in Amsterdam.

Just played How Cool Is Cool first time for ages. Wow! It reminded me that The Peddlers had a sound that was unique and that Roy had a voice that was like no other. The world is so sad at present but this music gives me a lift.

Rarely a week goes by when I don’t play something from the boys. Their unique style and music can be so lifting in these ever so depressing times. The lyrics in a number of their songs sum up so much everyone’s feelings.
